Dilek Süzal

Dilek is a Leadership Coach, Trainer, Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator, a high-performance team coach and a former architect with a corporate background.

She is PCC with the International Coaching Federation, she has ISO/IEC 17024 coaching certification and she is featured in ‘Top 15 Coaches in Vienna 2022 & 2023 by Influence Digest Media two years in a row.

The core of her work is dedicated to more successful people with passion and evolving careers. She coaches individuals through architectural and coaching mindsets for self-awareness, self-management, for the desired transformation and for more contribution to the values and success of their organizations and teams.

Through her business Dilek Süzal Coaching & Training registered in Austria, she partners with Percoms AG to create a successful corporate culture with productive employees and practices in skillful leadership.

Through her coaching skills she guides leaders and team members to unlock creativity, communicate openly, analyze problems and resolve conflicts effectively and structure time management efficiently.

Some of the organizations she is partnering with are SparkUs Digital Coaching Platform, BetterUp coaching platform, Think Beyond Group and some of which she worked for are Turkish Airlines, Daikin and The World Bank Group.

She holds two volunteering roles, one being a trainer in Caritas Wien and the other being a business mentor in Professional Women’s Network Vienna.

She works in English and Turkish, she is fluent in German.

She is a proud mother of two kids, a singer, a public speaker and an explorer in life. She is looking forward to partnering with you for your optimized outcomes!
