Preetha Raaghav

After over 17 years in various strategic leadership roles, in the capacity of an HR Business Partner, L&D Specialist, & Head HR, Preetha has extensive experience in Business Consulting, Capability Mapping, Cpmprtency Development, Program Design & Delivery, Coaching  and D&I projects at a global level.  She believes that her role as a Facilitator & Coach can be compared to that of a “catalyst” in expanding peoples thought process and in supporting people, teams and organizations through change and transformation. She has managed multiple Pan India and international projects.

Her background in dance, music, yoga and meditation helps her to integrate holistic wellness into coaching sessions with her clients. This gives her a unique advantage of connecting deeper with her Coaches who find her methods practical and wholesome. “Holding the space for my clients as part of the coaching process and walking with them on their journey of internal discovery gives me an immense sense of personal satisfaction & contribution”,

In addition to my professional career, I volunteer to support various women-centric rural entrepreneurial ventures in the capacity of a mentor and coach. I also spend my energies in baking, growing organic vegetables and create health based content for her youtube channel.
